About the Project
UniHustle Rwanda is a Foundations Project built by six BSc. Software Engineering students at the African Leadership University (ALU), Kigali.
Inspired by platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, we built a version centralised around Rwanda — with local rates, local trust, and a direct focus on the barriers Rwandan students face: the experience paradox and nepotism in hiring.
The current pilot is exclusively for ALU students. By verifying users through their @alustudent.com email, we create a trusted, merit-based marketplace where your work speaks for itself.
The Mission
“Break the experience paradox. Give every ALU student a fair chance to earn, build, and grow — before graduation.”
